A Founding Partner of Grange Capital, Carlos has spent over 15 years gaining experience in commercial debt and the technology sector. During his career he has run Enterprise teams across multiple regions for some of the largest companies in the industry.

Carlos holds a Degree in Finance and a Degree in International Business.

Leigh Smith Director at Grange Capital has spent 17 years within the Building and Civil Construction Industry delivering some of largest infrastructure projects within the public and private sectors. After 8 years in major projects Leigh moved into land development undertaking the construction of some of the most pivotal Greenfield sites in Victoria.

Leigh’s career within Land Development understanding construction costs brings a detailed overview across all commercial and residential projects.

Leigh holds a Dip in Civil Construction, Adv Dip in Civil Construction
